Return & Exchange Policy

-Please call to see if you qualify for a return or exchange, we reserve the right to decline a refund or exchange depending on the situation.
If your item qualifies for a return or exchange after we have given the authorization, you have 5 days to send back the items with fedex or ups and the customer is responsible for the shipping costs, and insurance on the shipment is highly recommended, as David's Gold & Diamond will not be responsible for any lost or damaged packages when returning to us, if the package is damaged, lost, or stolen when being shipped to us, and you cannot file a claim since you did not get insurance then you must pay us for the merchandise that is lost, stolen, or damaged. It is customers responsibility to have the package sent back to us within 5 days, and with the items intact, and counted for, not damaged.
- If authorized by davids gold and diamond only Returns and exchanges are given to unworn, unaltered items, in their original condition. - While we strive to maintain the highest customer satisfaction, special and custom orders, including engravings and custom sizes cannot be returned for a refund or exchange at any time.
Damaged and Missing Items Policy
If the package or merchandise is delivered to you in a damaged or broken package please refuse the package and call us immediately. If the package is missing any items when opened please call us immediately or within 5 days and retain all contents of the package in order for us to process a claim.
Any claim based on a damaged package that has been accepted, or for missing or damaged merchandise after 5 days will not be able to receive a return or exchange.
